Position: Junior Operation Executive

Job Description:

  • Assist and support head of operation on daily operation activities.
  • Perform the incoming receiving activitiy - Inspection of the quantity and quality.
  • Count & check stock.
  • Responsible for inventory control.
  • Assist and supervise in loading and unloading of goods.
  • Data entry on stock transactions and ensure all transaction forms are in order.
  • Responsible for daily postage process.
  • To maintain and up keep on postage items.
  • Responsible to make sure warehouse in neat and organize. 
  • Perform other task as assigned by superior or management from time to time.

Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in logistic, retail, warehouse management or equivalent.
  • Good written and oral communication skills in Malay and English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel is a must.
  • Knowledgeable in Easystore, Squarelet and POS system is an added advantage.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Position: Junior Sales Executive

Job Description:

  • Meeting sales goals and maintain good collection target as set by management.
  • Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers through networking or social media.
  • Handle sales inquiries and customer request.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Prepare sales reports and update customer database.
  • Ensuring good coordinating with other related departments.

Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least STPM/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
  • Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Position: Content Creator

Job Description:

  • Create social media engagement, image and video content for social media post across all platforms (IG Reels, TikTok, IG Live & Facebook) to maintain strong online presence.
  • To do live update on special event via social networking.
  • Generate idea by creating content for copywriting.
  • Using social media to engage with consumers and respond to comments on each of social media account.
  • Coordinate with influencers.
  • Research audience preferences and discover current trends.
  • Revise, edit and proofread content as needed or directed.
  • Collaborating with marketing team to decide the brand promotional material.
  • Preparing mood board for product photoshoot.
  • Assist marketing team for preparation on IG balance.

Requirement:

Position: Digital Marketer

Job Description:

  • Assist Writing Copy for Facebook Ads.
  • Creating some graphics for Facebook Ads.
  • Generating leads and sales using Facebook Ads.
  • Collaborate with marketing teammates to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all paid programs.
  • Craft landing pages and lead generation forms for our content to distribute through relevant paid programs.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to social media marketing, attribution, and programmatic media buying.
  • Testing variations of ads to determine best performing.
  • Continuous monitoring of results and improving of ads.
  • Reporting of results of Facebook Campaigns.
  • Manage the strategy and setup of all paid campaigns.
  • Measure and optimize our paid marketing.

Requirement:

Job Description:

  • Propose and contribute new design ideas in line with fashion trend and brand identity
  • Managing design process from conception through to final styling.
  • Conducting market research to identify new trends, fabrics, and techniques, and seeking design inspiration.
  • Collaborating with team members to select seasonal themes and create new concepts.
  • Keeping up to date with graphic design trends and production techniques
  • Testing and deciding on fabrics, colors, patterns, and textures for each design.
  • Refining and editing imaged using photo-editing software.
  • Perform related duties as assigned.

Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Art / Fashion Design / Creative Multimedia / Textile or equivalent.
  • Good written and oral communication skills in Malay and English.
  • Familiar with Digital Illustration, Freehand Drawing, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effect and other relates tools.
  • Trend-savvy and passionate about staying up-to-date with design trends.

Job Description:

  • Handle full sets of accounts & all accounting matters.
  • Handle daily routine account payables & receivables.
  • Prepare month end & year-end financial report, P & L and Balance Sheet.
  • Full-spectrum of HR and administrations, including Recruitment, Compensations and Benefits, Performance appraisal, Payroll Processing, implementation of policies, staffs' discipline/disputes, and other HR-related functions.
  • Handling administrations task.
